MINI DETACHABLE TWIST PEN PARTS

This picture shows how the Mini Pen parts go together, what a finished pen can look like with your beads, and then the pen 'detached'. 24k gold plated (the actual body tubes to be beaded around are made of plain brass).  Pen 'pulls off' and "pushes back onto post".  The black nylon necklace cord is included (28" long with spring ring closure, length is adjustable).  Fantastic style for home or office.  The pen is 3 1/4" long.  Each section (top and bottom) to be beaded is 1 9/32" long.  The width of the recessed areas is slightly under 1/16". The diameter of the finished pen, when using Delicas (R), is 14/32".    The ink infill is included.  Refills are in the pen case section at the front of office supply stores.  They are standard in that area of the store.

There are 7 parts to this project, some of which may already be put together for you.

1)  The bottom barrel with nib and twist mechanism 2) the ink infill  3) the center ring 4) the gold screw-on top on the twist mechanism with an ink infill pressed into it  5) the Top barrel with black  posting hole  6) the gold Post, with round top for the necklace cord, and 7) the necklace cord.

1) The bottom barrel with nib, also has a twist mechanism with a gold top on it.  This top screws off, and holds the ink infill.  The ink infill is just pressed up into this gold mechanism top.

2) The center ring slides on over the twist mechanism.

3) Size the desired length of the necklace cord, and put the cord through the hold in the Gold Post before attaching the Spring ring/clasp to the necklace cord, or it will not fit through the hole.

4) The Gold post is made to firmly attach to the top of the pen, and can be pulled on and off.
