Follow the order given below to assemble the finished bead/brass tubes and remaining parts.
Perfume Atomizer Final Assembly
The Perfume Atomizer comes in 6 pieces: 1) The Top body section with Top cap attached, 2) the Bottom body section with Center piece attached 3) the Retainer Ring for the inside of the Bottom section 4) the End Cap for the Bottom section, 5) the glass and gold atomizer unit, and a 6) plastic perfume pump for taking liquid perfume from a bottle and dispensing it into the Perfume Atomizer.
The project goes together as follows:
1) Glue the 'top' ‘bead tube' onto the brass tubes as described in the General Instructions pages; o herwise it falls off when you open the atomizer.. If your bead design has a ‘top' and a ‘bottom' be aware of how you are glueing it onto the brass tube.
2) Take the silver Retaining Ring (already partially formed into a cylinder shape), and press it into a tighter cylinder and push it into the Bottom section barrel. There is no up or down. It needs to go at least halfway down the tube, but further is fine.
3) Press the End Cap into the bottom of the Bottom section, hammer if necessary, using cardboard as protection between the hammer and the gold plated End Cap. One gentle hammer is usually all that is necessary.
4) Take the glass/gold Perfume Atomizer and insert it gently into the bottom section. The Retaining ring will keep it in place, but also allow it to be easily pulled out when it need refilling. ALWAYS do step #3, Inserting the End Cap, Before putting the glass/gold Atomizer into the Bottom.
5) The Top section slides on and off the Bottom section with gentle pressure.
6) The top of the glass/gold Atomizer screws off. The plastic pump is used to gather liquid perfume from your original perfume bottle, and put it into the Atomizer.
