All Stainless Steel parts. Serve your favorite appetizer with these canape knives and forks. This little stainless steel fork measures 5" top to bottom. The knife is also 5" long. Add beads (glass, resin, or polymer, etc., so they are hand washable) to create your unique look for different occasions, or as gifts. Your beads need to have a hole at least 3/32" (2.38mm) in diameter. Not all beads are uniform, no matter what the package says the hole diameter is.
Displaying your finished product(s) with items like: jam jar, caviar jar, butter dish, Appetizer/serving plate, pickle jar, cream cheese, etc., can help your sales!

Click here to get it straight from Adobe http://www.adobe.com Most of the manufactured large hole beads are acrylic, metalicized acrylic, or wood. Most come from The Beadery, (thebeadery.com) a company that sells through craft retailers such as Hobby Lobby, Michaels, JoAnns, Wal-Mart, and other stores. Their beads are also sold on internet sites. You can look at their site for bead names and numbers, then look for a source on the internet. Darice (darice.com) also distributes comparable beads through retailers and internet sites. Many acrylic, metalicized acrylic, and wood beads do not have a big enough hole. Be sure to take something with you to measure. If you are adventurous, you can drill a larger hole in the acrylic beads, but it's not fun. Some of the glass beads at craft retailers will fit. You can make clay, glass, and beads from other media yourself. Wood forms, such as the spools shown below, ovals, rounds, etc., can be purchased at craft stores, and on the internet. These can be covered with beads. |
